ABOUT USThe Maryland-D.C. Scholastic Press Association is a non-profit organization that works in partnership with the Philip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland to promote and strengthen scholastic journalism throughout the region.
MDCSPA has a strong interest in scholastic free press issues, in strengthening existing middle and high school programs, encouraging the creation of new programs and rejuvenating defunct ones.
